Hanapin ang mga sumusunod na dokumento bago bilin ang lote o lupa:

SUBDIVISION LOTS:
1. License to Sell (from the HLURB)
2. Development Permit from the Municipal Mayor

AGRICULTURAL LOTS TO BE USED FOR OTHER PURPOSES:
1. Reclassification from Sangguniang Bayan
2. Land Conversion Order from Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR)

NON-AVAILABILITY OF THE ABOVE DOCUMENTS MEANS NON-ISSUANCE OF LOCATIONAL CLEARANCE/ZONING PERMIT.
